1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

Please retain your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at ayeshashahid.ashi@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ayeshashahid.ashi@gmail.com immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
